MAPLE TOWNHOME
The three-story Maple Townhome features three bedrooms and two (or three) bathrooms. With beautiful designer-chosen finishes and features, the open-concept floorplan features a large kitchen island, ample lighting and a spcious floorplan. Configure your Maple units according to your land's dimenstions, from as few as two to as many as 10 townhomes together.
ROSEWOOD APARTMENTS
The Rosewood is a Multi-Family apartment option originally designed as a senior living community, but could be altered for other uses. As designed, The Rosewood design is a four-story, 52-unit multi-family product with a mixture of studio, one and two-bedroom units with interior hallways and both staircases and elevators. ALDER TRIPLEX

SYCAMORE QUADPLEX

COTTONWOOD DUPLEX
Our Cottonwood Duplex is a well-designed and constructed two-story structure focused on energy-efficiency and increased density. MULBERRY STUDIO APARTMENTS
In this design created for university student housing, group homes and other community living arrangements, each 331 s.f. microunit features one bedroom, one bathroom and a kitchenette. Each floor of the structure features a community lounge / television area and a shared kitchen/dining room. The first floor also has a one-bedroom apartment for a residential hall director of group home leader.
