STEP #1: ENGINEERING, DESIGN & PERMITTING
We'll help you decide the scope of your next development project and explore multi-family or single-family design options to build a custom product that fits your parameters specifically. Work with our sales team to choose your floorplan and finishes. We'll give you guaranteed pricing and a detailed payment protocol so that there are no hidden charges or unexpected fees.
Just like a traditionally-built development, during this period you will secure the proper approvals, zoning and permits.
STEP #2: IN-FACTORY CONSTRUCTION & SITE PREPARATION
Once your design is finalized and your deposit paid, it's time to schedule your project on our factory floor! Maximizing efficiency, we will assemble your units in hundreds of individual processes, completed by our highly trained workerforce. Because our process is so straight-forward, delays typically are minimal, and soon, your units are rolling off the assembly line.
Simultaneously to construction of your units in our factory, excavating and foundation preparation is completed on site. Soon your units will begin rolling off the line, so we will connect you to our transportation and crane operator partners to schedule your units.
STEP #3: DELIVERY & INSTALLATION
Once complete, we rigorously inspect your units for quality before loading on a specialized carrier. Once it reaches the final destination, a crane gently lifts and sets it on your prepared foundation or basement, and can be assembled into duplexes, apartments, townhomes, or single-family homes in a short time. The finishing touches are added to the unit on-site.
