Ethan Fernhaber is a husband, father, flourishing entrepreneur and the main principal and co-founder of Volumod. Additionally, he also founded Renewing Management, that owns and operates 4800 units in 33 apartment communities across Indiana; property development and construction management firm - Helix; and nonprofit foundation Renewing Communities. Ethan serves on several nonprofit boards, including coworking and community centers, church and church-planting organizations, and leadership initiatives. John Gammon serves our workforce by providing support and enforcement. In addition, John manages the Re-Entry Program, giving employees returning from incarceration or recovering from addiction the tools they need to thrive at work, home and in the community. John understands the life rebuilding process first-hand as he spent 18 years behind bars before God gave him a second chance years ago. He now loves giving others the same opportunity to find life transformation and hope restored.

Ryan Scott’s experience spans three decades as a leader in the modular and manufactured home industry since 1991. Ryan has operated facilities that build single, multi-family and light commercial modular projects. Additionally he also traveled nationally as a consultant to off-site building enterprises. Born and raised in rural Kansas, he is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys hunting, fishing and boating. Ryan is the proud father of two adult children and four grandchildren.

Nicole Stickford has over 25 years of experience in Finance and Controller roles across various manufacturing industries. She has a strong background in process improvement, financial audits, and supporting business operations with practical, data-driven solutions. Nicole earned her MBA with concentrations in Finance and Human Resources and enjoys helping organizations improve efficiency. Nicole enjoys traveling and exploring a variety of beautiful landscapes. She has been happily married for over 25 years and has two adult sons.

With more than 15 years of Human Resources experience, Jen Jellison has built a diverse career spanning manufacturing, start-ups, and retail industries. Most recently, she partnered with various corporations as an HR consultant to strengthen culture, structure, and people strategy. Jen was drawn to Volumod's company culture and commitment to the second-chance program. Outside the office, Jen enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling and volunteering with various nonprofit organizations, including her church.
